Here's a new one.The upper management team at the Robesonia,Pa . warehouse think that the new production standards that are going to be rolled out in a few weeks are the best thing since sliced bread . They're going to be tighter than they are now. Maybe one as hole by the name of Chris Saylor might want to come out to the warehouse floor & show us how well his human body can hold up picking 100% every week for a year. Let those of us left how great these new standards really are.
Robesonia PA is worse than ever. There aren’t many people left and the overtime and turnover are running out of control. After Chris Saylor left for a better job the place fell apart worse than when C&S took over. The managers are running away as fast as the employees and customers now. Somebody needs to show this new bunch of “managers” how to run the place. Employees and customers have left in flocks. The workers are the ones paying the price. We never knew how good we had it at AWI.
